Service area · Metro Phoenix, Arizona
Drone mapping across Metro Phoenix.
Controlled aerial mapping, photogrammetry and reality capture for sites across the Valley. Orthomosaic imagery, point clouds, elevation models and 3D site models, delivered into the systems your team already runs.
What we map
Four kinds of work make up most of the Valley schedule.
- CONSTRUCTIONConstruction site documentation on active builds — dated 3D records, progress epochs and earthwork volumes for developers, contractors and design teams.
- INFRASTRUCTUREInfrastructure and asset documentation — bridges, vertical assets, plants and corridors recorded without taking the asset out of service.
- PUBLIC AGENCIESMunicipal, county and federal work delivered as GIS-ready data rather than a platform you have to adopt.
- DEVELOPMENTLand and development sites captured before, during and after the work, so conditions that get buried are still on record.
Flying the Valley
Metro Phoenix is not open airspace. Sky Harbor sits in the middle of it, and Deer Valley, Chandler, Falcon Field, Goodyear, Glendale and Mesa Gateway ring the metro with controlled airspace of their own. Around Luke Air Force Base there is no automated authorization at all, which closes a large part of the northwest Valley to operators who have not arranged access in advance.
We resolve airspace before quoting rather than on the morning of the flight, which is why a date we give you is a date we keep. Sites inside the Luke area are schedulable on short notice under a standing FAA authorization we hold through 2028.
Season matters here too. Summer heat, monsoon wind and low winter sun all move the capture window, and the difference between a clean data set and a reflight is usually the hour of the day it was flown.
Where in the metro
Most of our work sits in Maricopa County. The West Valley is home — see drone mapping in Buckeye and the West Valley for that market specifically. Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear and Avondale are all inside the normal service radius, and work outside the region is done by arrangement.
Proof
Two Arizona sites, publicly documented.
Gillespie Dam Bridge
A 1927 steel through-truss bridge over the Gila in Maricopa County, recorded with multi-source reality capture and delivered as a digital twin.
Verrado Marketplace
A commercial retail development in Buckeye, documented during active construction as a georeferenced 3D record.

That answer sets the tier, the approach and the price. Fifteen minutes on the phone is usually enough to settle it.
